FeaturesLike all Douwe Egberts high capacity coffee equipment, the Cafitesse 400 uses D&E’s state of the art, high quality, liquid coffee. Designed for “Back of House” use. Depending on the size of the boiler, the Cafitesse 400 can dispense up to an astonishing 3.200 cups of black coffee per hour. The Cafitesse 400 is available with a 3KW, 6KW and 9KW boiling element. The hourly cup capacity varies accordingly from 270 cups of black coffee for the 3KW boiler, 570 cups for the 6KW boiler and 3,200 cups per hour for the 9KW heating element. It has 7 buttons to dispense black coffee, white coffee, cappuccino, espresso, café latte and hot water. All three versions of the Cafitesse 400 are connected to the mains.
