Abbey Well® Natural Mineral Water comes from Morpeth, Northumberland. It is drawn from a naturally protected source which is an artesian well, 117.5m deep.

Abbey Well comes up under its own hydrostatic pressure to 50m below the surface. There is a stainless steel pump at 62m connected by an unbroken stainless steel pipe, which pumps the water directly to the bottling hall where it is bottled.

Hence, "Bottled at Source".
