Bottled Water Cooler Help

Useful tips

We've compiled some of our top tips to help your machine run smoothly.

  • Always remove the paper seal/foil on top of the bottle before attaching it to the cooler - not doing so can result in a leak

  • Never push the valve into the bottle - simply remove the foil and place the bottle on the cooler

  • It is advised to not put a new bottle on in the afternoon - please wait until morning when replacing your bottle, as this will allow you to see if a leak occurs and respond to it promptly

  • Full bottles cannot be returned to us, as they are considered a food product

  • Always return your empty bottles to us. This is so they can be recycled correctly. These bottles are also expensive, and we are charged for missing bottles, this charge will then be passed onto you.

  • As the mineral water we supply is high in Calcium, it is expected that small deposits of limescale can occur. Please notify us if this happens.

  • If a leak occurs you should remove the bottle first. The drain down any remaining water in the machine using the taps.

Keeping your machine clean

We suggest regular cleaning to help maintain your machines overall performance and hygiene. Consistent cleaning can also help prevent the need for call out or small problems that could have been avoided.

Machine shutdown help

If you are away from your machine for 5 days or more, it is important to make sure the machine is shutdown correctly. This help prevent issues whilst you are away and maintains proper function for when you return.

Step 1

Turn the mains water supply off to the machine at the point of the connection to your mains water supply. When the black tap is facing in line with the plumbing, the mains water supply is ON. To isolate the water supply, turn the tap 90° so it is no longer in line with the piping. The mains water is now OFF.

*If you can’t access this point, please go to step 2
