Regular Cleaning

We recommend cleaning your machine once a week, to maintain correct function. This should include emptying the drip try, wiping down the machine surfaces and carrying out flushes (for Coffee machines).

Doing these simple things can help prevent unnecessary call outs, saving you money.

Request help with your machine

Shutting down your machine

Shutting down your machine is important to do if you are leaving it unattended for 5 days or more. This will help it to function correctly when you return and reduce any risks of leaks or machine damage whilst you are away. To shutdown your machine all you need to do is carry out the following steps, or watch the videos linked below.

Water machines

Turn off the power supply. This is especially important if you have a hot & cold machine or a boiler. Doing so helps prevent energy wastage, saving you money whilst the machine is not in use.
Please don’t turn off the power for ambient & cold coolers. Doing so will prevent normal machine function on your return.
Bottled water coolers will need to have the water bottle removed from the machine before you leave.
Leave the power supply on. It is important to note that a bottle of water that has been open for more than 3 weeks should be replaced. So please make a note of the open date before removal.

Coffee Machines

For all coffee machines, ingredients/canisters should be removed first. Some of our products can be placed into a fridge for the duration of shutdown. But please be aware, nothing should be refrozen.
Next, clean and flush your machine per usual instructions. This will make sure no excess product is left behind over the away period. It is also important for maintaining normal machine function and should be carried out regularly and not just before a full shutdown.
Turn off the electricity supply.
Turn off the mains water supply.

Filter changes

We schedule regular filter changes, helping you maintain the quality of water used in your machine. These are always scheduled in advanced to suit your timetable.

Routine Maintenance

As part of our service we offer regular maintenance for your machines. This is to help make sure the machine are running their best, for you. These visits will always be booked according to your schedule, meaning they are always when is best for you.

Breakdown Cover

As part of some of our contracts, we provide breakdown cover for your machines. This gives you security, knowing we are always there when a problem occurs.

On call support

If our customers are having trouble with their machine, they can call the direct line and speak to an engineer here at Crown. Our engineers will aim to help you resolve the issue over the phone however if this isn’t possible, we will have an engineer out to you within in 24 hours.

Machine repair

We always aim to carry out any necessary repairs on site, if this isn’t achievable, we will leave you with a temporary machine to enable your drinks offering to continue.
