Regular servicing visits include planned maintenance and filtration exchanges (where applicable), helping maintain water quality standards and minimise unexpected disruption. Mechanical breakdown cover is included, giving additional reassurance during high usage periods.
Your team will also have access to our secure customer ordering portal, available 24/7 for approved consumables and supplies, helping bursars, facilities teams, and site managers keep stock levels under control with ease.
A Straightforward Investment with Ongoing Support
For schools, colleges, and universities preferring to purchase equipment outright, we provide structured aftercare to ensure continued performance and longevity.
Your machine is protected with a 12 month parts and labour warranty, alongside scheduled servicing and filter changes to maintain hygiene and operational standards. (Mechanical breakdown cover applies within the first year.)
Customers also receive round the clock access to our dedicated online ordering system, simplifying procurement of consumables and supporting internal purchasing processes.
