Renting a Machine
Renting a machine may not seem like an obvious sustainable switch, but it is worth considering when looking for your new office water cooler or commercial coffee machine.
As you do not own the machine, we provide regular maintenance and sanitisation checks to help it run at maximum efficiency for longer. This supports energy efficiency and improves the lifespan of your equipment. It also means that when a problem arises, we are on hand to help fix the issue, meaning you do not have to purchase a whole new machine if something goes wrong.
If we find the problem cannot be fixed, we bring machines back in-house to work on in our workshop. Any machines that cannot be repaired are recycled according to WEEE regulations, ensuring your old machine is not simply sent to landfill and instead is disposed of responsibly.
Mains-connected Water Coolers
Installing mains-connected water coolers requires a bit more initial work, but they are worth it for long term savings and workplace sustainability. These commercial water dispensers are plumbed directly into your mains water supply, delivering water instantly without the need to check or replace water bottles. Bottle deliveries can cause excess CO2 emissions during transportation from our base to your business premises. By installing a mains-connected water cooler, you remove the need for these deliveries, helping reduce your business carbon footprint. If you are worried about the taste or quality of mains water, all of our coolers come with filters installed as standard. These help remove taste and potential contaminants from the mains supply.
