Yes. That's the joy of this offer, you can serve a wider variety of drinks from the same machine. No team retraining required.

How long does the upgrade take?

About an hour. Our engineer will arrive with a fully upgraded machine, ready to install. As well as the undersink unit, to provide the chilled water for your drinks.

Will my drinks menu change?

Yes. After the upgrade you will see new cold drinks options appear in the menu section.

Will I get a new machine?

Accepted Answer

As the internal upgrade can be fiddly, we will swap your existing Excellence Touch for a brand new one that has had the upgrade components already installed. So, whilst you will get a new machine, the model and functionality remains the same.

What do I need to upgrade?

Accepted Answer

As you already have the machine, the main thing you will need is an undercounter space for the chiller to be stored in. This will require some space, for ventilation. Our team will help assess if your space is suitable.

What happens to my current contract?

We require a new contract as part of the offer. This is for both ours and your records of the upgrade and the change in the price you pay.
